These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website/our services.
General Terms
All services are provided on a digital, remote basis.
Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
All services are non-refundable once completed.
All fees stated and quoted are exclusive of GST.
By purchasing, you agree to receive email updates and communication regarding the service.
You are responsible for providing accurate information (e.g. score files, performance recordings) to ensure the service is completed correctly.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the service. All efforts will be made to meet deadlines.
Annotated Score Terms
Scope of Work: Annotated scores include fingering suggestions, pedal markings, dynamic markings, phrasing, articulation, and practice areas as required by the client.
The final annotated score will be delivered in PDF format.
Pricing may vary based on the number of bars or the grade/level of the music. Complex or longer pieces may require additional charges.
Annotated scores will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, typically within 7-10 business days, depending on complexity.
Any additional revisions after completion are subject to additional fees.
Performance Review Terms
Scope of Work: A performance review includes a detailed written report on a recording of your performance, including time-stamped comments and suggestions for improvement.
Reviews are based on one recording per session and last up to 10 minutes (longer performances may incur extra charges).
A marked score will be provided (if applicable) with performance suggestions.
The review is delivered in written format, with an option for a follow-up discussion via email to clarify any additional questions, depending on the package chosen.
Turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days depending on the length of the review and complexity of the performance.
Extra revisions or follow-ups beyond the initial review will incur additional fees.
Weekly Practice Plan Terms
Scope of Work: A weekly practice plan will include a customized practice schedule, annotated scores (if applicable), performance review (if needed), and advice on what to practice, how to practice, and goal setting.
Ongoing Communication: Includes email support for practice-related questions with a guaranteed response within 48 hours during business days.
Plans are delivered weekly and should be used to guide practice for the upcoming week.
Billing: Weekly Practice Plans are billed monthly. Clients will be charged a fixed monthly fee based on the weekly plans delivered.
Termination: Clients can terminate the service by providing 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. If notice is not given, the next month’s payment will be charged.
Additional annotations or review requests will incur extra charges.
Clients are expected to provide regular updates on progress or recordings for ongoing feedback.
Miscellaneous
Intellectual Property: All content delivered, (scores, reports, annotations) remains the intellectual property of the service provider, but clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the work for personal or educational purposes only.
Privacy: Client data (including personal and performance information) will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except as required for the provision of the services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Amendments: Terms may be updated or modified from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continuing to use the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
